Why is it everyone gets all up in arms when someone waxes or nearly waxes themself due to their negligence?

I'm sorry...I have no sympathy at all if someone hurts or kills themself because they did stupid shit.

I look at it as automotive natural selection. Some idiot gets offs himself because he was being dumb? One less fool we have to deal with on the road.

i feel the same way as you do. when i crashed my car on the track i had no one to blame but myself. my driving coach told me to slow down and i didn't listen because i wanted a place finish. i lost a fully built car to my stupidity and spent months trying to get back into good physical condition after the crash. eight months of hard work, time and bullshit wasted in the blink of an eye.

Hell must have frozen over, because I actually agree with Mike. It is unfortunate, but at the least those girls are lucky they didn't roll over onto someone else. Yet another support for my "it's way too easy to get a license" claim.

I know who the driver is though ... I might have known the passenger ...

i believe it is the person/persons fault. But I do feel sorry for those that were close to them. I dont feel a damn bit sorry for them. BUT the people who are really effected are their loved ones. Friends family everyone. I feel sorry for those people becuase they lost someone close to them.

That is the reason you dont walk up to someone morning and go 'welp it was their fault oh well one less fucktard'...its what is called rude, assholish, dickheadish, mudbutt mouth, retarded...you pick all apply.

I dont care whos fault it is. Say for instance my best friend is killed. If anyone said something along those lines to me theyd be getting laid the fuck out quick fast and in a hurry. Yea they may have been dumb for doing what they were doing but noone denies it. Its just a common curtesy to not shit on the people who are morning...I mean really your not offending the dead person. You are strictly insulting the person who cared for them and still cares for their memory.

If anyone doesnt understand this then ya'll have issues...

Overall I do agree it is the persons fault...but whats it matter now.

I agree with everything you just said. People do stupid things, it's in our nature. However, the mourning period is not the time to get your point across about "natural selection". It is tacky and uncalled for IMHO.

This thread is intended to continue on independently of the other one. A rant about general "bad driving" habits has its place in here, not specific targets or attacks.

I believe if I was driving and decided to cut through traffic and ended up killing myself, I wouldn't want anyone to mourn my dumbass. But if I was just on the highway with my cruise control set to 60mph and some jackass knocked me off the highway and decapitated me then I would expect mourns and police investigations and crap. I never do anything ignorant and stupid when I have a passenger with me, just when I'm by myself.

ok i partially agree with this post. however, i do believe that this post is supposed to have nothing to do with the deaths from the car accident posted in another thread... so ease up on the flaming...

my personal belief is i will do stupid stuff when i have no passengers... like last friday night, you all went weaving through traffic at like 90+ while i lagged behind. because i had a friend in the car. its just a matter of judging when the risks are too high. being alone in the car, and better yet, alone on the street, usually temps people to try stupid stuff. in a perfect world this is the best scenario because no innocent people are around to get hurt...

that's why we have racetracks and empty parking lots with cones in them. good point though kyle.
