not really sure what to think of it... it really has nothing worth it on performance except intake, exhaust, and UDP... so he might have gained 10hp total there...
as far as looks... he gutted the car, his seats are nothing fancy and dont grab much attention and his roll cage is just a bland grey color...
i guess hes good to go for solo 1&2 and closed circuit racing, but i personally dont like it much....
now as a disclaimer, i know josh is doing basically the same thing, BUT josh is going big on performance, SO i think the gutting is made up by a kick ass motor he will have, plus i am sure he will do what he can to make the interior look good despite the lack of seats and other interior goodies

we must have posted at the same time, your thread wasn't there when i wrote mine. i plan on having a lot better looking interior. i won't be putting the carpet back in and my roll cage will be black with red interior, more racy looking seats, and a much better engine setup. i might put in my own roll cage to save a thousand or two. i'm trying to find a place to have polycarbonite windows made at, if i was still in cali i would know a great place. not to mention exterior repainting with two tone black and red. don't forget my vinyl stickers that will add 5hp each.
I agree with Inis. I like it.
And Josh's is nowhere built close to this yet. No offense. But until its done(or at least well underway) I dont take anything to heart.

i don't blame you for saying it that way, i have a lot of work to do with the car and i hope nothing happens to it before i can finish.

i wanna get a twelve point cage done with my car, full halo on top not just a roll bar. the whole cage will have to be pretty much custom built from the ground up. i wonder how much chromolly i'll have to go through before i get it done right.
I dont believe the guy above is done...you dont spend that much money to just stop. And unless you've talked to him you dont know his plans. Assuming is retarded.
Hire the right people the first time and youll only go through as much as needed. No more no less.

i'm going to be doing the work myself, i can't afford to pay someone to do that kind of stuff for me, a custom 12 point cage starts around 3000 bucks, thats more than i paid for the car. i know how to weld just fine, i'm sure i'll get most of it done right the first time.
i think the guy is done with it, you have to take out the windshield to get the pipes through the dashboard, at least it was done that way on my last car. i'm sure he's not done with the perfomance upgrades but i would almost bet he doesn't finish the cage.

Hey Josh, Do you have any pics of your last car? I definitely want to see this beast.

i think i might only have one pic of my old zx2, when it was stock. after my crash i went into an alcoholic rage in my room and passed out drunk... with my door open. most of my stuff was stolen that night, including my computer i had videos and pics on, i really wish i still had all that stuff. i kinda hit a real low point in my life after that.
