I've only seen one zetec with this besides wrc stuff..

COP is coil on plug

I'd really like to do this, there is gains from 5-20 whp just from this, and its a hell of a plus for turbo apps.

That's what I'm going with on my Talon.

Well I still haven't found much info, but I think I can swing the wiring, My problem that I find now is finding the correct boots and mounting them correctly. Thankfully around the spark plug hole on the cam cover underneath it isn't head, its open area that just covers the spark plug holes...so I can probally cut/drill or whatever is needed to mount these. Also I have plenty of wire harnesses to chop up too.... and the COP's can be found on ebay for under a 100 pretty easily.

basically it gives a clean more accurate spark to the plug. Because one unit isnt firing every plug, which causes somewhat of an error factor. With one coil per one plug you get the cleanest most accurate spark possible making for better spark timing and overall performance.

so how much does this cost?

I haven't gotten that far yet, but I can't run it now..with dis-2 ..I'd have to convert to a dis-4 if I wanna run 4 coils...lol oh well maybe one day I'll have another zx2 I can do high compression/ n/a / nos / ITB's

a pre made setup for a car that has a premade setup...anywhere from 150-600 for a 4cyl.

A custom setup as it would take for a zx2...your looking on the high end of things unless you make it yourself, in which case if you dont know what your doing you're better off leaving it alone
