msd dis-2 capative discharge ignition system.
Means I will get a better spark, I can change my max revs, I can create a low rev (for staging at a low light), retard timing..and some other features...

Eh, it cant go higher in max rev's then the stock computer goes. It doesn't override the stock computer rev limiter.

I wont have a rev limiter on the pcm I install along with the dis-2. I'll use dis-2 to make a max rev, and a soft rev.

yay got the last part for my dis-2 install. Yes this is a cheater wire, but hey it makes it look nice, and easier to install.
http://kctuners.com/members/inis/8881.JPGlast thing I gotta do is get some 12 gauge wire, and 2 switches one push button (2 step), and one toggle (for ignition kill switch)
I look to be putting this in thur or fri.

oh wow I really like it, took all the surges, stutters, on/off feeling away, WAY smoother, I also got the soft rev working ..I likely that too. Sounds better too, I wanna say more motorcycle/f1 like sound, Not exactly deeper, but smoother and deep like before.
Overall I give it a 9, I'd give it a 10 but I had to get the tach adapter to get it to work, which isn't to exciting
Part number:
Dis-2 6211, 62112,6212 (300.00 +)
Tach Adapter: 8912 (65ish)
Coil by pass plug: 8881 (30ish)
I like the set up very well, all those prices I listed are new, you can get them cheaper watching ebay, but I couldn't ever find 8881 used...cfm motorsports has it the cheapest.

yea the dis-2 is very nice! Although, I havent played with the low rpms launch limiter yet. Im thinking about hooking that wire to my clutch switch, so when i push the lcutch to the floor, itll do the limiter, instead of wiring it up to a switch, whatcha think?
