Looks like my steering rack is shot. I checked out the tie rod ends at Pauls' house today, and they're fine. If I have my wheels straight on pavement, and turn the wheel to the far right, it'll clunk and then pull to the right when I'm driving. If I then turn hard to the left, it'll clunk again and pull left.

I'll let it be until springtime, and then it's a manual rack for me! :D

check the inner tie rods? thats what it sounds like it is.

What's there to look for? I have replacement tie rods, but nothing looked wrong as far as I could tell.
