http://www.chevroletls1.com/zetecturbo.htmltop mount and would be very close on fitting under the hood, but atleast there is some sort of an option.

My only concern with this is will it fit under the hood safely. You gotta remember that you'll have a very hot turbo only fractions of an inch from your hood. I would be worried about melting a fiberglass hood or atleast bubbling the paint. Anyway, just a thought.

thats sex, im going to have to do some kind of a test with some random parts to see if something about that high up in the engine bay will clear the hood

It does say above or below... dunno if below is an option as I've never looked into turbo clearence issues as turbo zx2 doesn't intrest me. Is nice to see stuff being developed though.

I bet the radiator will have to be tilted.
oh ya it says duel turbo's are a proposition.. I bet its one under one up.. that would rock

lol so i take it you didn't even read the text just look at the pictures
I was thinkin radiator clearence too but the more I look at those pictures and then the zx2 i think it'd be minimal, depending of course on the size of your turbo.

you could always put sequential turbos on the car, a small one on the bottom for low rpm spool and the larger one on top for the high rpm spool. if you find a small enough one i think you wouldn't have to move your radiator at all, i'm not really sure how to make it work, it's just a though. i think i might want to buy this header.

I was thinking the same thing a few ago, If I can't achieve what i want with 1 turbo, thats the way i'll go.

i think you'll have to find a way to divert the air more into one of the turbos when they need it, like a flap or something that can be switched over at a certian rpm. if you have two of the same size turbos i don't think you'll have that problem.

would you need two BOV's or just one placed in the right spot? a twin turbo application would be the first in the zx2 as far as i know of but i really have no idea how that exactly works

I contacted this guy, and he said these are for 1800 Zetec, whatever that is, I asked him if they were similar to our Zetecs. He told me, if I wanted, send in the stock header, and he can make one. I told him mabey we could do a group buy, he is open to the Idea. So someone with more knowlage, get in contact with him. I couldnt understand him (UK)

was he in UK, or US? cause I can't afford to call UK.
1800 zetec should fit ours, I believe the header bolt pattern is the same. I'll look into it.

well thats odd, the site says that they can make them for the 2.0 L zetec as well... so i dunno why he would need us to ship a header to him...
@ricerhater- if you need a stock header sent, let me know, i have one on my spare engine that i would give away for free
