thanx everyone...i came home for the night.she sevived the operation but lost a small part of her brain tissue and still has some of the tumer in her sinus cav. so shell have to take radiation...thats if she comes out of recovery ok.if she doesnt come out of recovery ok we dont know whats going to happen.i really do thank you guys for your support.
