Did everyone here hear about that explosion down by the Paseo bridge yesterday. I could still see the smoke when i went to work tday. There must have been alot of chemicals i that place.... I was waiting for one of those tankers of oil to blow up but it didn't. Anyone affected by the roads being closed?

ya it effected my entire day, I was in a basement of a house when the power surged. Freaked me out cause I was working near the breaker panel!

I still had to work last night...and the isle of capri is less than a half mile from there, but the air was supposedly "safe" to breathe.

Power flickered as far as 89th and Roe and 95th and Nall ... couldn't see the smoke though. :(
