I need a set of OK shape front brake pads for a 95 Mazda 626 4cyl automatic. I don't have time to go to Pick and Pull, so if anyone in the Northland (INIS???) is going soon, could you look for some?

They don't have to be good, just mountable on the car. (It's a long story, and not worth sharing here.)

My sources say 94-97 4cyl and v6 Ford Probes and Mazda MX6s will also fit.

4 cyl 626s up to 2001. v6 626s up to 98.

dammit just went today and didn't see, I can make a run for you thur or fri if ya wanna give me a few bucks for gas....I should be able to get the pads free.

Also I dont know if its the same on 626/probe calipers but see if there i a number stamped into them, escorts, zx2, protege, mx3's, 323's, rear miata , all have stamps in the calipers. I believe our fronts say 22v or something like that.

ours do say 22V. depending on how long they keep me during my last class mon and wed, i can go grab some. i know there are several 626's out there

I just found pads at Oreilly's for $10. That will get me by. Thanks for the offers.

thats good to hear. i was out there yesterday and found at least 4 626's, but i didnt bring big enough sockets to take the caliper apart... and it didnt help that i found an untouched 98 Zx2

i need to go check that one out, maybe i'll do it when i figure out what that noise is coming from my car.
