(if this is the wrong thread i apologize)

On Monday i was helping a customer move some misc stuff from storage into his house. and he gave me some subs. They're dual 10" Boston Competitor's (ported). They look like they're from the mid to late 90's (from what i understand Boston stopped producing subs around 2000).

I'm just wondering what the recommended amp would be to power these. From what i hear if u use the wrong kind you could potentially damage them, or you wont reach their full potential.

anybody know what amp i should use? i also need to know a guestimate on what it'll cost.

Any info is appreciated. thanks guys! thumbsup.gif

Those "bills" you have must be tough.

subs were free..

Everything is free if you never pay people what you owe them.

I disagree. You are quite visibly discussing how you should best spend money on a new audio system, when you owe me money, and refuse to pay it back because you can't afford it because you have "bills" you need to pay. Dishonest, outright rude, and not very smart.
