so we all know my luck, so a month ago (june 2nd) I won something on ebay, seller was very fast in responding.
So im waiting , waiting, 2 1/2 weeks in I email him just to see status, cause i know border stuff takes awhile (he's in canada) , no response, so i email him a few more times...and get nothing, so then I file complaint via paypal. And suddenly he emails me back lol.

heres what he has to say:

-Ok, so I break this down, I paid paypal so it has nothing to do with me, or the U.S. to be honest.
-He's been spending the money, cause he's bought around 750 in stuff on ebay recently.
-and 3rd and lastly I think hes just an idiot with some issue's against america lol

anyone know anything about leaving negetive feedback? I want to leave negetive feedback on him, but i dont want him to leave neg on me, cause I have a perfect record, selling and buying. I heard that you have 90 days to leave response, if this is true, i can leave neg on the 90th day, and hopefully he doesn't see it til that days over with..and can't leave it on me?
Can ebay analyze feedback and fix it? cause i doubt they will but, i dont wanna screw my score up...but I'd like others to know not to buy from this guy.

Okie, well heres the thing...I paid paypal you have a paypal account, its in your hands what you do with it in your paypal account is not my business. So wether you're you leave it in there and spend it back on ebay (since you have been purchasing items) , use it with your paypal debit card, or transfer it to your local bank...its not my problem. I dont see how your problems with the United States, has anything to do with your "slow" bank transaction. I need a tracking number, or money back.

I checked my claim just sec ago on paypal, says he has 10 days to respond or my claim is granted (money back)

So he has 7 days, this guy is so great (idiot) that hes responding to my emails, but not paypal lol

wow just reading idiots feedback on ebay, he has a few knocks nothing major, but then I got to reading one of them and he had replied to it. and it said "imperial to a metric country" lol this dude has some issues man.
