well, i am customizing the interior of my escort. so far i have material for a new headliner, i am almost finished redoing my sun visers, and i am trying to find a good material for the head rests. but i am looking for suggestions on some parts of the interior that are going to be a little more intensive. i am looking for suggestions on how to get plastic colored, paint them duh, but whats the best way to do that? i have tried on other parts for my mazda but they didnt turn out with that "professional: look to them, i mean they dont look bad at all but i am being a stickler with the stuff in the escort cause its the DD. like how to you get rid of the "orange peel " effect when you properly paint the object. and what if it is something that is touched or used alot, how can you make it a more durable finish. stuff like that.

ok so i got the head liner out and took off the old one and put on the new one and got the headliner put back in. beside from a few wrinkles it looks great, its a dark blue.. i just hope that the glue holds and it doesnt start sagging. well next i am going to try to make a fiberglass copy of the part in the back window that covers the speakers and rear suspension towers. if i cant find any how to's on fiber glass... any one know how? oh and i am almost done with one of the sun visors. they are a brighter blue and if i can get some help from the missus they will have "Street_Tuner87" embroidered on them. oh that reminds me, inis could i possibly get "Street_Tuner87" in the kctuners font?

I generally do not like painted interiors. But the more clear coat you use the more durable the finish will be.

Fiberglass is easy but it takes a lot of getting used to and your first part will suck ass. I would start small...

attached is your name you requested
