car bursted into flames tonight at a light, was shooting 10 foot flames out from the engine bay. Luckly I had no hood on so it was easy to see when it started. I was able to get it out, I had a 1/2 ltr of water which did pretty much nothing to it, I was dam near about to drop my pants and start peeing, but luckly cars started showing up with water and F.E. , the fire department came, but by the time they got there car would have totally been gone.
Its sitting at a resteraunt right now, hopefully no one jacks my shit. I wont look at fixing it til sunday.
The car is okay, but im mostly glad myself and the person with me are ok.
Lesson to be learned:
If your going to mod your car, ANYTHING.....get a fire extinghisher (fuck i can't spell, kinda depressed right now) , the 10.00 spent on one, is well worth what could be a loss.
I'm going to buy two small ones when I get it going, there going to mount between the seats and door sills on each side.

One of the best things to put fires out with (except an extinguisher) is baking soda. :)

k I've replaced:
engine harness
ccrm
main engine bay harness (pcm to fuse box)
starter harness
and I still blow the engine fuse and fuel pump isn't kicking on.
So with my haxor's verson of fords software:
engine fuse: 15amp- electronic transaxle , ignition system ,ccrm (pcm relay)
thats what it says that fuse controls
bah this sucks, im pretty close to taking it to ford and letting them fuck with it, i mean its no where stock, but it ran before, I just dont want to get a answer like "your missing your a/c duh" or "your p/s is gone" or "its the intake manifold" or "its the fuel rail" or "its the throttle body" ...you know ford, lets find a easy excuse.

When I have more time and it's not 1287928374F outside, I'll help you trace it down. We can use a modified headlight bulb to find where the huge power draws are coming from.
