I believe that motor is the 2.3 mazda/ ford motor (ford named duratec) . But im not completely 100% positive.

I know the 2.3 in the mazdaspeed is unrelated to them all, and I know ford uses alot of 4 banger mazda motors in there cars, but is trying to stop that.

it is the duratech. the only thing cosworth produces parts for any mazda/ford motor is the duratech. i have looked into it and was disapointed with that little fact.
