hmm ... usually just liquids. I drink a ton of Diet Dr. Pepper (can't stand regular drinks), and rarely eat anymore. :(
Honestly, I have problems finishing off $3 in Taco Bell, or a single hamburger or anything.
But, when I do cook ... here's something I came up with:
1C uncooked rice
2 bell peppers
1/2lb uncooked ground beef
3C of water
1tbsp of vegtable oil
Juice from 1/2 a crushed orange (or 4tbsp orange juice concentrate)
Fine-mesh screen strainer
1-qt saucepan
2-qt skillet thing
Place the rice in a 1-qt saucepan and cover with the water. Cover the pan, and cook on medium-low for 20 minutes. While the rice is cooking, cook the hamburger meat in the skillet on medium-high, breaking it into pieces. Wait until browned, and chop it up into tiny bits. Dice the bell peppers (and throw away the seeds), and add to the meat. Add the oil as well. Add the orange juice. Cook on medium-high heat until most of the steam has stopped, stirring constantly.
The rice should be about done. If it's not, lower the temperature of the meat/peppers down to low and wait. Once the rice has finished, rinse it out with the screen, under hot water. Pour the washed rice into the skillet and stir for a minute or so. Dish and serve ...
All together, takes about 25 minutes to prepare, and all-told ... makes about 4 portions. It's not bad, and stores well. :)

Usually, when we get lunch at the shop, it's either pizza or burger king or subs.
