can't find anyone that carry's a freeze plug kit specific to the zetec
and seals can't find a decent price. 80 per side! yuck!

Whoever you have do your machine work should get them to you at a decent price. I think they all come in standard sizes.

Threaded would work. You can just get a standard NPT plug then.

I got the seals into today, I'll take pics of the actual products later and post them.

ok so I got the ebay installer tool in. It has a seal with it.
Ford version: rubber
Fel-pro version: rubber with felt and around the seal its rubber with a spring band on the back side.
