ok so when you press on the brakes it makes a loud hissing noise and goes all the way down and sometimes you have to use the e brake to come to a stop. is that the brake booster or air in the lines? what could it be?

What kind of car?
Sounds like you have a bleeder open. lol
Check the fluid?
Take off your wheels and inspect your brake system.

Mike, if you need to bleed your brakes you should not be driving it.

ya no kidding, thats really unsafe. Take it somewhere and have them bleed them for you. Shouldn't cost much, and it will be cheaper then a wreck, or your life.

i know, but i have to wait a few days. i was goin to do it myself but if the bleeders brake off i want someone else to brake them. man this camaro is hella nice. a perfect project/daily driver car. and only for $250. it only has 85K on it.
