Anybody have any tips on how to remove the foggy look from older headlights?

toothpaste followed with plastic polish is one way.

They have kits over at Wal-Mart. They are $20 I believe. They come in a pouch and do a great job. Its a long process, but its worth it. I did it on my 96 Neon.
