I plan on taking a trip up to KC soon with my girl and was wondering what there is to do up there. Where would you recommend staying also? Thanks!

How much many do you plan on for hotels? and how long do you plan on staying.

Also how old are you, this will help me tell you suggestions for things to do.

hey whats up man. i was born in wichita, great place. well mulvane and derby anyway. KC huh. well theres kc internation raceway, a drag strip off of noland road. there's some theater. down town kc/kcmo is always an interesting trip. then theres overland park, olathe. umm. the nascar track off of 435. well, here what kind of stuff are you looking for? whats you kind of entertainment?

Yeah I guess I shoulda said some more stuff haha. I'm 25 and my girlfriend is 22. I'll be staying two night (Friday and Saturday). I would like to not spend more than 200 bucks on hotels. I definitely wanna get some KC bbq. I'm into going out at night so that would be a must. I'd like to be near enough to the bars because I flat out do not drink and drive. Other than that what are some interesting things to see during the day? Thanks guys.

Westport and plaza area have alot of bars and things to do.

Sat is my next day off, I'll do some research for you.

If you go to one, only do the plaza one. The overland park one sucks donkey balls.

Also the melting pot is good on the plaza but its about a 100...per couple. I had a blast at the place. We've been 3-4 times since last summer. Great service, great food. They even keep a digital profile on hand for everytime you call, say you dont drink or dont like fish.. they'll know not to serve you any of that or what to substitute.

I am going to book a hotel in the plaza area. Is that a good spot to set up shop?
