Lay under the car and undo the 12mm bolt going through the shifter.
Get inside the vehicle remove all the interior pieces surrounding the shifter. Take a flathead screw driver and remove the spring (looks like a metal retaining clip, until removed)
Yank the stock shifter.
Remove rubber boot off bottom and place on the B&M
Remove the OEM bushings off the bottom of the stock shifter and place on the B&M
Use the lube B&M supplies with the shifter, apply it around the rubber rings on the B&M (wax that shit, more the marrier)
install in reverse order.
