ok i finally posted...
i race enduros(4cyl fwd cars) at I-70 Speedway in Odessa. for those that dont know, its a 1/2 mile HIGH banked oval track.
well, i used to race a zx2 but it kinda got totalled... so now im driving a neon and im having a really bad problem with the atx tranny over heating and not shifting... so im looking at doing a atx-mtx swap. i was just wondering if anyone would be willing to help me with this? depending on if i can find a car to donate a tranny it might include trips to u-wrench-it... lol ill pay for food and whatever else is needed while working... and a little pocket change but im just a poor kid so i dont have tons of money... just looking for a couple guys to come over(preferably with previous swap and/or neon experience)
anyone that wants to sponsor a racecar can help too... lol i ran the first race in the neon last night and with the atx messing up and a rear main seal leak, and my brakes locking up... i finished 13th out of 19 cars... not the best but i was happy with it.
