Well, its been rufly 5 months since my tranny swap. Fulling the fresh mtx with Royal purple, I changed it due to hard shifting, to Penzoil Suncromesh about a month ago. Not only Am I having problems woth 1 to 2 shifts at redline, Today while driving the car, I smoothly put it in 3rd gear and herd a grinding type sound. Like something is loose. Car drives fine, but that 3rd gear sounds like bolts loose in my tranny, into 4rth gear it stops.
Needless to say Without denial, My assumtion is its synchronizers are bad :( Time for tranny # 3 YEA! Imma grab a sedan tranny !
