Just stick to good old shifting, and since dump trucks shift so slow, compensate with massive hp.
Seriously though, other then this..has anyone ever figured out why it shifts so slow besides a bad design?

Probably driver. I never jam gears. I mean there are people that run killer times in these cars so it must just be me.
