First know that a 13lb 17" wheel still weighs more than a 15lb 15" wheel in rotational weight, which is the only weight that matters when it comes to performance and things withen the driveline.

Next, I am fond of the rota attacks. Then look great. Also, rota has lightweight wheels ranging in sizes. I run the 15" grids.

If you've got a big pocket I love rays volk te37 and gramlights. Motegi traklites are very good as well.
