There is obviously a difference in full, deep sounding exhaust, and a weld on fart can. I heard one this morning on my was to school and it about deafened me... And it was on a slow ass old school altima that looked like shit too... :( Not dogging altimas though... the new ones kick ass!

On stock exhaust, ZX2's sound pretty mean with a fart-can. We have rumbly exhaust, at least for a 4-cylinder. *shrug* go figure.

rumbly or raspy? no point in doing exhaust if it isnt done right. i hate the raspy sounding exhausts, it screams "ricer"

Arden, if you don't have an aftermarket muffler, knock your stock one off with a bigass hammer. Seriously. It sounds niiiice :D
It's deep, like V6 "deep". Although it makes a very pronounced fart noise when shifting (on the 03's). A shiftkit will fix that.

Arden, give me a call and we'll hook up sometime later today. I'll show you what to get, and help you remove the muffler.
I did both to my ZX2. They were a lot of fun, and I highly recommend both as some cheap mods.
