I've decided to pull my r/c out and start rebuilding them, so I'll start with my pride and joy. A hpi nitro rs4 racer. Its heavily modified and extremely fast. I've also decided to do some mods to it along the way. So far new mods are:

aluminum rear hubs
new mip axles
titanium upper plate
titanium front and rear shock towers

I've so far rebuilt the chassis plate (cleaned)
one rear a-arm
rear diff
rear bearings

I've also confirmed the current engine is seized, so I'll either rebuild it or go back to my race engine (ofna). Currently I do not want to sink money into a new engine.

Battery acid is what ate away the anodizing.

Enjoy, I plan for this to be a 2-3 month project. Just want to take my time and make it look really good again!

I'll rebuild the truck next....probably wont be until early summer though.
