anyone want a ftp or email account? if you dont know what ftp is basicly its a file for you personally to load your own shit to so it can be viewed online or what not. say you loaded a file named billybadass.jpg then it would be www.kctuners.com/members/yourname/billybadass.jpg , you'd go there and the pic/video whatever, would be online. Email would be yourname@kctuners.com

undecided, right now I'm passing them out once I talk to my crew I'll see whats a reasonable amount to pass out (I can change later after you have the account)

Also I like to make it clear that Im passing these out for use with kctuners , pictures and forum activity. I know that not everything can be used on the forum and that some stuff you'll want to host just to show a friend or whatever. But make it clear I dont want to give hosting so you can use it on everything but kctuners. If I catch hosting being abused, I'll take it away.

no ftp isnt like an image shack or anything. You drag and drop files from your comp to a server. Anyone who can click and hold and drag the file can do this...

He was just askin that if essentially it stores uploaded files which it does just like other image servers...... ftp design is a lot nicer though but thats my opinion

http://www.smartftp.com has a fast, free FTP client you can use to access our servers. The email servers have SpamAssassin on them, to help combat spam as well. Space is for now unlimited. It will eventually drop to a moderated level, but for some time still.

nope,(you'll use internet explorer if you dont use a program) you can if you want because windows xp's saved networks..suck ass if you send a file very big its a 50/50 chance that it will lock up and pause, smartftp works wonderful but either one will work.

i need some ftp space!!! bryan, jeremy and I went to the drags today and i have a ton of pics and video to upload to show on this site. My vids surprisingly have sound!!! Great stuff, hope everyone enjoys them when i get them up!
