yea, so very soon i will be putting my Turbo on, which is kinda a bad idea becasue of our high compression. But it is going to make it Sick. All I need is 42# injectors and imma be boosted 7 psi baby. I got all turbo piping done. Mercedes Front mount Intercooler, 1 G DSM ( first gen Eclips Blow off valve) oil feed oil return lines,Diablo Revolution 3 stage chip, 02 bung i need to weld up, air/fuel gauge, boost/vac gauge, oil gauge, and volts gauge. 1996 Ford Mustang 3.8L 70mm maf. and IHI (probe) turbine, its small but till spool quick.

Becareful with turboing a NA engine. I wouldn't do it if your not going to rebuild the motor first. If you are, then have at it. If not, may as well plan on a rebuild down the road.

My plan is to Tune tune tune, Very fine tune. I am being pation wiht the turbo project. When I put it on I am keepoing it at 7psi till I upgrade internal engine. Itll be badass. oh i foregot instead of the 1G DSM BOV i got a Turbo XS BOV. So itll sound sweet

Well, I don't know much about the ztec motor (I assumed you have a zx2). But, even 7 psi on stock internals can be cause for detination. Boost with caution. When adding any kind of forced induction, you never ever want to cut corners. Do it 100% the first time and do it ALL. I'm just sayin to be cautious. Good luck man. Hope it works out.

Oh yea you are going to tell him to be careful but pester me everytime I see you telling me to boost it....

But yes don't cut corners or it will be bad. Can't wait to see installed pics.

You act like I would agree to help you with the job if you didn't do a rebuild. You wouldn't do it without one either. If I can convince you to turbo it then it's gonna be done right

well the turbo project is taking more time as I have upgraded already :shrugs: i sold the mercedes inbercooler and ihi turbo and the piping, so im starting over once again, got me a T25 turbo!!

Wow, this is an old ass thread, I have gone another route, bigger and better.

Got a big ass FMIC,42# injectors, Garrett T3 .48.60 turbo, and lots more....!!
