I still haven't received my body-kit from eBay! I bought it on Aug 22. I have now asked for my money back. They emailed me back saying "Oh it came in today so we will send it to you. Because we did this we will not send your money back." I think they are trying to steel my money. Does any one have any ideas? But since I've waited I talked to a rep who sells body kits to companies and he said he could get me a body-kit, brand knew for only a couple hundred or maybe free! Hes going to this huge car show on body kits in Las Vegas. So in a couple weeks i should get a body kit after waiting 2 months!

if i were you i would tell them it better be at your door within 1 week or you will file fraud charges with ebay on him/her unless you get your kit or full money back. check into the guy getting the kit for you for cheap, maybe that would be a better deal.

how did you pay? paid paypal I'd file complaint with them for money back, and I'd tell them you want your money back anyways. You dont want the kit. Get there address and phone number too and start calling them and emailing them twice a day. Submit a negevite feedback with ebay too. I believe you have 90 days to do that, and same for paypal. If there close enough I hear car meet :twisted:

paypal is 45 days. ebay is 90 days. federal court and or money sharks however will hunt the rat bastard down whenever 8)
