Hey all,
I met some of ya'll last night at Paul's (aka Godzilla) garage night night so I figured I would check out the forum. From what I'm told, this forum is pretty drama free which would be a refreshing change.
My name's Rich and I drive a 98 Neon R/T with a few mods. I'm also president of the Screet Ho's car club (for better or worse). I look forward to meeting up with everybody.
Thanks,
Rich

hey rich welcome to the forums. My name is Kyle, i drive an 03 Zx2. drama is fairly rare here. although most of the forum are zx2 owners, we are doing our best to add diversity to the forum and get other car makes/models on here. so we are very happy to see a neon guy on here! Thanks for coming and we hope to see you on the forum and at garage meets at pauls. :P

Yeah, I was wondering if this was just an all ZX2 board or not, LOL. I'll definitely be at more garage nights. My car is very intimate with Paul's garage.
Hey Rich. Im Carl, CJ, or Josh. Also called cjdubbs, the needler, dubbsadizzle and other random miscellaneous names my friends come up with.
Anyway, I am the moderator around here and try to keep a friendly atmosphere. Im from PA
Its great to have more people with different cars come on, seeing as we have a lot of zx2s

We have a very bored, very attentive moderation staff with too much time on their hands. We manage to find and squash drama in under 4 hours, usually.
Enjoy the site, glad to see you on here. Please invite whomever you can. :)

What part of PA are you from? I'm originally from Allentown out by Philly.

You were there last night weren't you? I think I saw your car there. There's some pretty nice cars on this site. I can't believe I've never seen them out at shows or anything.

Rich which one we're you? the one doing the rear brakes? I'm trying to remember faces with cars, but its very hard doing that when it was totally dark from the min I showed up.
BTW I'm Jarred aka inis (middle name) , I drive the yellow zx2 with the nice idle
Look foward to some Major changes with kctuners, there is alot (when I say alot I mean ALOT) of changes coming. We have many plans and connections to empliment with kctuners, but we are trying to build up a community before we put up everything we have to offer..if that makes sense.
Glad to see you have joined, let me know if have any questions about the site or whatnot.

Yeah, I was the one who asked you about your idle when you moved it. I took the guy home who was changing his brakes (his screen name on the other boards is wheatrocket). I tried to catch up to you when you left (I assume for a food run) but you went the opposite direction on K10.
Sounds like a good group you all have going here and it's nice to be welcome without a bunch of flaming.

Well thats the thing about us... even though most of us met through here... a lot of us are friends first and then members. Just a group of car foamers who like just hangin out we welcome pretty much anyone.

ya no kiddin I can honestly say most of everyone on here is more then a member and more of a personal friend. Of coarse this is alot harder with members outside of KC area...but I can still say that most of them are closer then "kctuners members" .
Ya I took off for a food run, coulda went alittle harder but I was trying not to take off to hard in front of Paul's house...sometimes its just to hard not to floor-board it.
oH and ordering that food at taco bell was funniest ever ordering food, that guy took alot from me. I was like, " so since this is a kfc/taco bell , do you have those crappy nacho chips or the taco bell ones? , he replies taco bell ones, I go you sure? cause I dont want those grocery store gold chips...he goes yep there the good ones..." then we made two orders...
and all while this is going on, Kyle is like "oh man" bhahah
Ya but you'll find out we all hang out as much as possible...fun group 8)

yeah it was funny as hell when you asked about the chips. we orginally gave 1 order then i decided mine needed to be seperate so we changed it to 2 and started over again, i am surprised the guy got everything right.
anyways, i have not seen any flaming. so far everyone that has joined has a fairly decent car to look at and appreciate in its own way. hopefully we can continue to be as lucky and keep getting great members!

Welcome man. Good to see a new face. Your neon is turbo'd? Is it aftermarket or an SRT-4? Looking forward to talking to you in the future.

It's a 1st Gen Neon with an aftermarket turbo kit.
