It is a tcsounds 3hp motor. 3" coil, triple stacked 3/4" ferrite magnets, roughly 8" in diameter, weighing in at a wopping 45lbs give or take a lb or 2. rated at 1000wrms 2500max...Mmmm Mmmm good

Now I must list what is in my posession sub wise to appease the reason someone must stop me:

RE Audio re8 with XXX dustcap custom fitted (about 70-80 bucks by the time I was done modding it, now they are 109 before modding another 20 for the dustcap...I bought direct before they stopped)

Tcsounds tc9 RE Audio custom 12" (roughly 300 bucks)

RE Audio SE motor(2002 version, better version), ready for recone to a SE or seXXX(got the motor for about 40 shipped, is easily worth 80, recone to either will be 125. seXXX is custom and will handle double the power and sound just as good doing it..obviously the better choice)

The 3hp was 55 shipped. It is brand new. Buying it from the factory would be about 150 bucks. Recone will be about 125 from RE Audio.

I plan to stick the SE motor under my bed for the next time I get bored...The 3hp Im getting made into a 10. A 10 with a 8" round motor. It will be a freaking cylinder. Oh it is going to have a carbon fiber dustcap too. EXTRA pimpy

It is roughly 7.5-8" around and about 6" tall

I took a pic on my phone of me holding it next to my head, and one of it with a 10" top assembly on it to give it a view of what it will look like. I will post those in a bit.

Oh and it is by far the heaviest motor I've ever had

what are the specs goin to be on the finished sub?

Well, I wont know until its totally finished. It will handle roughly 1000-2000watt rms with ease. Close to 3000 or more for burping.

Beyond that Im going to try to have him keep FS as low as possible. Because Im not having it built for SPL.

Im going to put it in a 1.5 cubic foot box with a 3" aero port tuned to 32hz. And it will be ran at 1000rms from my amp.

The wiring configuration will be dual 1.8ohm. Im going to wire it parallel to a .9ohm load.

Im working on getting another in car amp because I only have front speakers and I have a 4 channel amp. I have no need for the 3rd and 4th channel and Id like to have a smaller amp as well.

My current 4 channel Ill either sell or put in my other zx2 Im getting. I havent even used the amp yet LOL
