welps I ordered a Spec stage 2+, with lightweight option today. Total came to 386.14 shipped, and that was with price matching and begging. It was 365 for the clutch, plus shipping. He couldn't go any lower, he actaully had to talk to the boss to price match. I asked for free shipping to , he said there right at losing there ass on it, so they have to add shipping :)

Good clutch. I have the Spec Stage 3 in my Neon and I love it.

the new + series is awesome, the 2+ holds more tq then the stage 3, and the stage 3+ holds like iron disc.

I was orginally going to get a 3, but I decide well shit if I'm going to do that, I might as well get the 3+ because it wears better. Well the 3+ is 400 dolla clutch , plus the lightweight. So I optioned for the 2+ , I'm pretty sure the rated capacity of 400lbs will suit me fine :lol:

my stock clutch is officially mash potatoes, it wont even hold first gear lol

last night I was racing a wrx, i took him in first, and would have takin him in second but my clutch started slipping, then i hit some wet sand and started peeling out...and he slowly walked me...kid was begging to go for like 3 lights lol after i got him to go the second light (i didnt go) , to see what he has...i went on the 3rd light... wouldn't been different story if i had my dam clutch in

which btw im waiting for in the mail. Supposely Spec is lightening the one they sent me (i sent it back) and it should be here any day now...

I got Unorthadox 6-Puck Racing Clutch and a Fidenza Flywheel in my ZX2, and honestly I didn't notice any great difference other then the clutch grabbing better.

when we installed bryan's (insta's) fidanza a year ago, I noticed gains on it over stock mtx..it rev'd way easier.

btw I wouldn't beat on that 6 puck to much, it will eventaully take its toll on your tranny.

lol. It already did. I just fully rebuilt it 2 weeks ago. The spider gears snapped off when I dropped the clutch at 4500rpms (on my summer tires).

dam that sucks, no worries though LSD's are coming soon..one way or another I'll get something going for the zx2
