Outside
Here you can see just outside of our apartment. The stairs are almost a neat slope, and the snow has piled to over 6-7" depth in several places.

The roommate and his car
1996 Eagle Talon ExtremelySlow. He had gotten home around 4pm, and these pictures were taken about 7pm. That's how much accumulated in that time. It hasn't let up yet.

My car
It looks very unhappy with the steelies back on it (snow tires). Handles like a sonofabitch though ... keeps traction in the top two gears, and can't slide sideways anymore. It's a good thing I got that out of my system far earlier then ;). My headgasket came in the mail, so it's still limping along until then.

jdrzx2
that's about what my car looks like right now.

I was bored, so I took a 2.25 second exposure of my car in the driveway freehand. Turned out a lot better than I figured it would for minimal settings and holding the camera.

if it wasn't so bloody cold I'd take more. The rear of the car looks great. You can't see anything. Oh, and when I backed it out onto the street, I looked out the window and the snow was up past the bottom of the door. Car drives great in this stuff, too. 8)

On my deck in my backyard I measured 8". Now I get to shovel my driveway and the old hag's across the street.

I like this thread - because it has a picture of a Miata in it!

10.75 inches of snow on our deck. (73rd and Waukomis, northland.)

I borrowed a neighbor's snowblower today. First time I'd run one. Had so much fun I did 4 driveways and sidewalks. God, I love things with engines!
